Nabata F1 carrot belongs to the Nantes type and is characterized by a mid-season vegetative period lasting 100–115 days. The root has a cylindrical shape of medium length with a rounded shoulder and a bright orange color both externally and in the core. The upper part of the root lacks anthocyanin pigmentation, and there is no greening of the shoulders or green color inside the head. The foliage is erect, powerful, of medium size, with green or dark green medium-cut leaves. The average weight of the root varies from 95 to 180 grams. The Nabata F1 hybrid is distinguished by high market yield, reaching 578-640 centners per hectare, and a high output of marketable product after washing and polishing. Dry matter content in the roots is about 10%, while the total sugar level reaches 7.5-8.5%, making this variety particularly valuable for juice production. Additionally, carotene content in the carrot reaches 9.3 mg per 100 grams of raw material, ensuring high nutritional value. The juice yield from one kilogram of roots using a centrifuge is approximately 650 ml. Nabata F1 has high resistance to cracking and is suitable for mechanized harvesting, which facilitates the harvesting process and reduces product losses. The roots withstand long-term storage well, maintaining their taste qualities, which are rated as good and excellent. The plant is resistant to diseases and pests, contributing to a stable and quality harvest. The seed sowing rate ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 million per hectare, allowing for effective planning of plantings for commercial production.
