PURPLE CARAMEL

The flesh is sweet, juicy, and very appetizing, making it an excellent choice for fresh consumption and culinary experiments.

This hybrid belongs to late-ripening varieties with a maturation period of 125-140 days. It is resistant to bolting and root cracking, which helps maintain crop quality. Sowing seeds is recommended at the end of April - early May at a depth of about 1 cm with a distance between rows of 15 cm. After seedlings appear, plants are thinned, leaving 5-7 cm between them for optimal development. The yield of the variety is 3.6-5.3 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity.
