Ymer F1 carrot is a mid-season hybrid of the transitional type Berlikum/Nantes, developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. The vegetation period ranges from 110 to 120 days, allowing this hybrid to be grown in various agroclimatic regions. Carrot is adaptable to soil types and growing conditions, resistant to fungal diseases, which significantly reduces the risk of crop loss and simplifies agricultural techniques.

The roots of Ymer F1 carrot are cylindrical with a rounded tip, 18-20 cm long, and a rich orange color. The skin is thin, and the core is uniform, crisp, juicy, and sweet, ensuring excellent taste qualities. The average fruit weight reaches up to 300 grams. A strong, layered leafy head, which is firm and dark green, enables efficient harvesting, both mechanized and manual. The hybrid exhibits high uniformity and is not prone to over-maturing of roots.

Ymer F1 carrot is ideal for fresh marketing, washing, packaging, and long-term storage, while maintaining its commercial and taste qualities.
