Reliability and Quality: "Slavyanka" Carrot by Agrofirma Aelita

The "Slavyanka" carrot variety represents the result of extensive breeding efforts by the team at Agrofirma Aelita. Developed by experts Natalia Nastenko, Vladimir Kachaynik, and Mikhail Gulkin, this variety provides a balanced solution tailored to the specific needs of modern vegetable growers.

The variety is primarily designed for the production of bunching carrots. It is the preferred choice for producers who target early harvest windows and need to supply fresh, high-quality vegetables to the market where appearance and taste are paramount.

Technical Specifications and Application

• Market Focus: Specialized for early bunching production, ensuring high turnover for fresh market suppliers.
• Storage Capacity: The variety offers a storage life of 2–3 months, providing growers with the flexibility to manage market supply without the need for extensive long-term cold storage facilities.
• Origin and Quality: Officially patented by Agrofirma Aelita, the variety guarantees seed purity and adherence to strict production standards, ensuring consistent performance across seasons.

While "Slavyanka" is not positioned as a long-storage winter variety, it fills a crucial gap in the crop rotation, bridging the transition between early summer harvests and the main late-season yield. The reputation of Agrofirma Aelita ensures that growers receive stable genetics that respond well to standard agricultural practices, making this a reliable asset for both commercial farms and home garden plots.
