Description MOKUM
Mokum F1 is an ultra-early high-yielding hybrid carrot of the Nantes type with a vegetation period of about 87 days. The root crop has a medium-length conical shape, is straight and short, which makes it convenient for mechanized harvesting and subsequent packaging. The hybrid is well suited for cultivation on a flat surface without the need for ridge formation, which simplifies agricultural processes.

The foliage apparatus of Mokum is powerful and erect, ensuring good plant development. The carrot is characterized by high storability and resistance to flowering and splitting of root crops, which improves the quality and preservation of the product during storage and transportation. Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid is widely used for obtaining ultra-early produce.

Mokum F1 is ideal for fresh sales, slicing, producing snacks and vegetable mixes, as well as for preparing vegetable juices. The sugar content (Brix) in 100 g of juice is about 8.3%, dry matter (DM) is 10.5%, and the juice yield (SAP) reaches 499 ml from 1 kg of fresh carrot, which makes this hybrid particularly attractive for processing and fresh consumption.
