The root crops have a spindle shape with a pointed base, smooth surface, and rich orange color. The weight of one root crop varies from 100 to 170 grams. The plant leaves are long, ranging from green to dark green, with varying degrees of lobing. The leaf rosette can be semi-upright to spreading, which promotes good plant development. The hybrid is distinguished by high taste qualities and exceptional sweetness, making it especially suitable for making baby food. The dry matter content in the root crops is 14.1-14.6%, total sugar reaches 8.9-9.2%, and carotene content can reach 21.5 mg per 100 grams of raw product. These indicators provide not only a pleasant taste but also high nutritional value of the Ibiza carrots. Ibiza F1 has good resistance to major diseases such as black leg, Cercospora, and Alternaria, which ensures stable yield. The market yield of the hybrid ranges from 244 to 482 centners per hectare, with maximum figures up to 584 centners per hectare under favorable conditions. The recovery rate of marketable product reaches 78-92%. It is recommended for large-scale cultivation with a sowing rate of 2.5-3.5 million seeds per hectare, as well as for fresh use and winter storage.
