Lion F1

Lion F1 cabbage is a late hybrid of white cabbage developed by the Dutch company Hazera. The plant's vegetation period lasts approximately 130–140 days from transplanting seedlings into the soil. The cabbage forms a strong leafy apparatus with a saturated emerald color and a dense waxy coating, which protects the leaves from fungal diseases and pests. The leaves are slightly firm, and the heads have a round shape and dense structure. Head weight varies from 2.5 to 5.1 kg depending on growing conditions.

The plant has a well-developed root system, ensuring good adaptation to various soils and climatic conditions. Regular watering is required for successful cultivation. The hybrid is resistant to fusarium and tolerant to damage from thrips, which contributes to plant health and high yields. Lion F1 cabbage retains well in the field, does not crack at the root, and withstands transportation without damage, making it suitable for commercial cultivation and marketing.

This cabbage variety is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and other processing methods.
