The "Impact" variety represents a high-efficiency wheat seed developed by Jacklin Seed. It is designed for cultivation in moderate climatic conditions and is characterized by a large seed size with a dense shell, ensuring excellent germination rates – up to 90%. Thanks to its drought and cold resistance, as well as good germination, this variety is suitable for both commercial plantations and the production of flour, bread, and other grain products.
An important characteristic of "Impact" is its moderate level of resistance to major wheat diseases: pseudo-fusarium fungus, fruit rot, and western rot. With proper fertilization in acidic and moist soils, the yield reaches 6-7 t/hA. Seeds retain their properties for 3-4 years, making them convenient for long-term storage.
The variety is also valued for rapid turf development: when planted at a density of about 2 kg per 100 m², it grows a dense and healthy lawn with a rich green color. It withstands mowing down to 25 mm, and seed moisture does not exceed 20%. "Impact" demonstrates high resistance to fungal and bacterial diseases, as well as pests such as ferns and mosquitoes. This makes it a universal product for monoculture plantings in various climatic zones – from warm to moderate.
