Bluegrass Impact

Benchmark Kentucky Bluegrass for Professional Lawns

The 'Impact' Kentucky Bluegrass variety from American breeder Jacklin Seed is a top-tier choice for professional landscapers. Unlike budget grass mixes, this variety displays superior aggressive spreading ability, allowing the turf to 'self-repair' after mechanical wear or localized damage.

Key Advantages

• Versatile Usage: 'Impact' performs equally well on high-traffic sports fields and elite decorative lawns that require a flawless appearance.
• Endurance and Aesthetics: The variety forms a dense, dark green turf with a fine leaf texture that remains attractive throughout the entire growing season.
• Adaptability: Jacklin Seed's proprietary genetics enable the plant to withstand significant temperature fluctuations, which is critical for regions with erratic springs and hot summers.

Disease Resistance and Maintenance

Disease resistance in 'Impact' ranges from medium to high, depending on operational conditions. In areas with high humidity and poor air circulation, adhering to a consistent agronomic schedule and regular mowing is recommended. This practice mitigates risks common to most bluegrass varieties under suboptimal conditions.

Who is this product for? 'Impact' is the optimal solution for golf courses, municipal park zones, and private estates where the owner seeks a dense, rapid-establishing sward with minimal overseeding requirements. It is the choice for those who value American breeding standards and predictable results when establishing a professional-grade lawn.
