Description
Timothy "Evora" is a perennial grass specifically developed for creating dense and durable lawns. The seeds possess high durability and excellent cold hardiness, allowing them to withstand low temperatures and frost without loss of surface quality.
The variety is characterized by good compatibility with other grasses, such as tall fescue, due to similar leaf color and texture. When sown in mixtures, Timothy "Evora" forms a dense turf with vigorous root development, enhancing the lawn's resistance to mechanical stresses.
For light soils (sandy and loamy sands), a sowing rate of 3–4 kg/centar (30–40 grams/m²) is recommended, while for heavy soils (clay loams) – 4–5 kg/centar (40–50 grams/m²). The variety is resistant to moderate salinity and is suitable for sports fields, children's play areas, and recreational zones of various purposes.
