Basil GREEN PRINCE

Growing Characteristics

The «Zeleny Prints» (Green Prince) basil by Evro-Semena is a high-performance choice for both home gardens and containers. It is a reliable cultivar that delivers consistent quality.

Cultivation and Care

The key to maximizing the aromatic potential of this basil is sun exposure. This variety thrives in direct sunlight; if kept in partial shade, the plant may become leggy and the essential oils—responsible for its signature spicy scent—will be less concentrated. Ensure adequate air circulation around the large, corrugated leaves to keep the plant healthy and prevent moisture-related issues.

Practical Applications

• Culinary Use: Its intense, spicy flavor profile makes it an excellent choice for homemade marinades and fresh pestos.
• Decorative Appeal: The ruffled leaf structure adds an aesthetic touch to dish plating and table settings.
• Indoor Gardening: Well-suited for pot culture, allowing you to harvest fresh herbs year-round.

«Zeleny Prints» is a practical, user-friendly variety for any home gardener looking for a bold flavor and reliable harvest. Its combination of structural beauty and culinary versatility makes it a staple in any kitchen herb collection.
