Basil BADERNY

Growth Energy for Your Garden and Business

The «Badery» basil variety is more than just a herb; it is a professional tool for those seeking the perfect balance between aesthetic appeal and high-intensity production. Developed by Nasko breeders in collaboration with the Research Institute of Agriculture, this variety shows remarkable adaptability to various temperate climate conditions.

Key Advantages

• Productive Vegetation: The plant reaches a height of 50-60 cm, making it highly efficient for industrial cultivation. You get a larger volume of green mass per square meter compared to shorter varieties.
• Shape Stability: The long, bright green leaves retain their marketability for a long time after cutting, which is crucial for retail and the restaurant industry.
• Concentrated Flavor: Unlike watery varieties, «Badery» boasts a deep, rich aroma. It is perfectly balanced—devoid of excessive bitterness—making it an ideal choice for classic pesto and gourmet marinades.

Who is «Badery» for?

If you are planning to scale your business, this basil is a reliable workhorse. Due to its resilience regarding lighting requirements, it is successfully cultivated both in greenhouses and open fields. For home gardeners, «Badery» ensures a continuous supply of freshness throughout the season, while its aesthetic form adds a touch of beauty to any garden bed.

Important note: To achieve the maximum concentration of essential oils, the plant requires a full day of sunlight. If light levels are insufficient, the plant may become leggy; therefore, we recommend using LED grow lights for indoor windowsills and selecting the sunniest spots for field cultivation.
