Basil GREEN SCENTED

Spicy Classic for Intensive Growing

The 'Zeleny Aromaty' (Green Aromatic) basil from the Gavrish breeding firm is a reliable tool for gardeners who prioritize yield stability and rich flavor. This variety has become a standard for those who grow herbs both for the home table and for small-scale market sales.

Agrotechnical Features and Potential

The plant demonstrates high growth dynamics: seedlings appear just 7–10 days after sowing. Due to its variable height (from compact 20 cm plants to lush 50–60 cm bushes), the variety is perfectly suited for both dense container gardening on a windowsill and for open fields or greenhouse beds. The medium-sized, oval leaves have a dense structure, allowing the cut herbs to retain their commercial quality for longer periods.

Practical Applications

• Culinary Production: A spicy profile with distinct lemon and mint notes makes this basil an ideal ingredient for sauces (including pesto), marinades, and fresh salads.
• Conveyor Farming: Because it thrives in sunlight, 'Zeleny Aromaty' easily fits into a conveyor harvesting schedule throughout the season.
• Preservation: The high concentration of essential oils makes this variety perfect for drying and creating aromatic vinegars or oils that retain their flavor profile even after thermal processing.

Choosing 'Zeleny Aromaty' guarantees a predictable result: the plant responds excellently to regular watering and requires minimal maintenance, providing a high biomass yield from every square meter.
