KIROVSKIY

The Kirovskiy eggplant variety is an early-ripening type primarily intended for cultivation in film greenhouses and hotbeds, although open ground cultivation is possible in southern regions. The plant has a compact form and reaches a height of 90-110 cm. The fruits are cylindrical, dark purple with a glossy surface, 15-20 cm long, and weigh up to 380 g. The flesh is white, dense, and without bitterness, ensuring high taste and technological qualities.

The variety is characterized by high yield — about 4.2 kg per square meter, and the ripening period is ultrarapid, lasting 110-120 days from germination to harvest. Kirovskiy is resistant to diseases and pests and is capable of bearing fruit under unfavorable weather conditions. A feature of the variety is the lack of spines on the calyx, which facilitates harvest collection.

Kirovskiy eggplant is recommended for all types of culinary processing, including freezing and canning. Thanks to its taste qualities and high yield, the variety is popular among gardeners and vegetable growers on private plots.
