Eggplant Banana

The "Banana" eggplant variety is an ultra-early-maturing type, ripening in 100-105 days, making it an excellent choice for growing in open ground and under film covers. The plant is semi-spreading, reaching a height of 40-55 cm, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The fruits have an elongated-cylindrical shape, dark purple color, a length of 20-30 cm and a diameter of 2-3 cm, with each fruit weighing between 130 and 160 grams.

The pulp of the eggplants is milky-white, tender, and free from bitterness, which significantly enhances their taste qualities. The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 3.9 kg per square meter, as well as uniform and abundant fruiting.
