Mandevilla (lat. Mandevilla Lindl.) is a genus of perennial flowering vines in the family Apocynaceae. Native to the tropical regions of Central and South America, these plants are highly prized for their vibrant blooms and vigorous growth habit.

Botanically, Mandevilla is characterized by glossy, evergreen leaves and large, trumpet-shaped flowers. The stems are twining and require a trellis or other support system to flourish in domestic or greenhouse environments.

This crop thrives in warm climates and requires bright, indirect light to produce the best floral display. Excessive shade will hinder flower production, while harsh midday sun might scorch the foliage.
