VIDEYA is a variety of intensive-type soft winter wheat intended for cultivation under both non-irrigated and irrigated farming conditions. It is universal and suitable for various agrobackgrounds, making it in demand among agricultural producers. The plants are medium-height, 100-105 cm tall, with a vegetative period of 280-285 days, corresponding to a medium-early maturity period. The variety is distinguished by high resistance to lodging, shattering, and grain germination in the ear, as well as enhanced frost hardiness and high drought and heat tolerance, ensuring crop stability under various climatic conditions. VIDEYA grain is characterized by a semi-elongated shape, medium size, and light-red color. The grain quality is high: protein content is 13.2-13.7%, gluten content is 30.5-31.5%, and flour strength reaches 290-305 arbitrary units. These indicators ensure excellent baking properties, including bread volume from 100 g of flour within 1350-1390 cm³ and an overall bread rating of 4.5-4.8 points. Grain vitrification is at the level of 94-96%, further confirming its high quality.
