This mid-late variety with a vegetative period ranging from 236 to 286 days is characterized by medium plant height (78-115 cm), resistance to lodging, shattering, and seed germination. Due to its enhanced drought and heat tolerance, the variety is particularly popular in regions with hot climates, such as Crimea, where it demonstrates stable yields reaching 6.92-10.46 t/ha, which exceeds standards by 3.9-13.4%. The Victoria Odessa variety possesses high ecological plasticity, allowing successful cultivation on various soils and under non-tilled predecessors. It responds well to increased agronomic inputs and irrigation, making it attractive for intensive farming. The sowing rate is 180-250 kg/ha, and the mass of 1000 grains varies from 35 to 46 g. The grain quality of Victoria Odessa is highly valued in the baking industry: flour strength is 320-380 units, gluten content is 30.4-33.5%, and crude protein is 13.9-14.2%.
