Winter wheat variety SO 207 is a high-yielding bread wheat variety developed by Caussade Semences. This variety belongs to the semi-dwarf group with early maturity and is characterized by high adaptability to soil-climatic conditions in Ukraine. SO 207 exhibits resistance to a wide spectrum of diseases and stress factors, including lodging, shattering, root rot, septoria, fusarium, brown rust, and powdery mildew, ensuring stable yields under various growing conditions.
The variety features high yield potential and good response to application of micro- and macronutrients, organic fertilizers, and soil conditioners. The recommended seeding rate is 5.0–5.5 million germinating seeds per hectare. For optimal development and increased productivity, it is recommended to apply phosphorus-potassium fertilizers at rates of P2O5 – 10–20 kg/ha.
