RIVERO

The winter wheat variety RIVERO is a high-yielding and well-adapted variety for various climatic and soil conditions in Ukraine. It features medium plant height (70-78 cm) and a yield potential of up to 135 ц/ha. The vegetation period is 270-282 days, allowing the variety to be sown both early and late, including after corn and sunflower harvests. The sowing rate is 3.5-4.5 million seeds per hectare, and the 1000-seed mass ranges from 42 to 45 g.

RIVERO has genetically fixed traits of drought tolerance, resistance to lodging, and high resistance to diseases such as powdery mildew, yellow rust, and Fusarium head blight. It belongs to the compensatory type of winter wheat and demonstrates high lodging resistance, ensuring stable yields and grain quality.

The baking qualities of the variety fall within group B, with protein content of 13.2-14.5% and gluten content of 26.4-27.5%, making it highly suitable for producing high-quality flour. Plants respond well to nitrogen fertilization and fertilizer systems, including both root and foliar applications, which help maximize yield potential. The variety is suitable for all soil types and is supplied in 25 kg bags.
