Perlinna Podillya is a winter wheat variety registered in 2017 and developed by NAAN of Ukraine. The plant has a medium vegetation period of 260 to 275 days and a stem height of 82-87 cm. The ear has a cylindrical shape of medium density, which promotes good grain formation. The variety belongs to the medium-maturing group and possesses high winter hardiness, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest Steppe, and Steppe. The grain quality is high: protein content reaches 14.2%, and gluten content is 29.5%. Dough strength is within the range of 260-285 W, indicating good baking properties. The thousand-grain weight is 40-45 grams, indicating large and high-quality grain. The yield potential of the variety is 5.8 to 6.9 tons per hectare, making it economically advantageous for agricultural production.
