Winter wheat 'Щедрость Одесская' is a high-yielding variety with well-awned ears and high-intensity bushiness. Developed in 2014, this variety features early maturity with a vegetation period of approximately 280-290 days. Plants reach a height of 80-90 cm, have a glumeless ear, and produce amber oval grains weighing 45-50 g per 1000 seeds. 'Щедрость Одесская' exhibits vigorous growth and development in autumn, rapid and repeated hardening, ensuring high resistance to late sowing and adverse conditions. The variety demonstrates high resistance to major diseases such as powdery mildew, fusarium, and root rots, as well as pests including cereal moth and gypsy moth. It possesses high drought tolerance, frost resistance, and resistance to lodging and shattering, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions. Due to these qualities, winter wheat 'Щедрость Одесская' consistently yields between 51.8 to 56.6 centners per hectare, with potential up to 80-125 centners per hectare under optimal conditions. Intended for grain use, it exhibits excellent baking qualities. Protein content in grain ranges from 12.5-13.6%, and gluten content from 25.3-28.2%, ensuring high-quality flour. Recommended for intensive agriculture, it is available in various packaging formats, including big-bags of 1000 kg and sacks of 50 kg.
