Description MIP Anniversary
MIP Anniversary is a high-yield winter wheat variety developed by the Myronivs’k Institute of Wheat and registered in 2019. It is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Forest-Steppe regions of Ukraine. This variety combines high yield with stable grain quality, making it attractive for grain use.

The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness and drought resistance, ensuring reliable yields even under adverse climatic conditions. MIP Anniversary exhibits resistance to major wheat diseases such as powdery mildew, brown rust, leaf septoria, and fusarium head blight, as well as moderate resistance to hard smut. Grain is characterized by high test weight — 790 g/l, raw gluten content 23.8–28.8 %, and raw protein content 13.5–14.8 %.

The milling and baking properties of the variety are excellent: flour strength ranges from 290–380 units, and bread volume reaches 1200 cm³. The variety responds well to mineral fertilization and tolerates dry conditions, which contributes to stable high yields. According to data from various regional branches, yield levels vary from 7.6 to 10.0 t/ha, confirming its adaptability and productivity across different climatic zones of Ukraine.
