Agronomic profile and resistance

Unlike many high-yield hybrids, "Lymarivna" demonstrates outstanding resistance to a complex of leaf and stem pathogens. The variety shows minimal susceptibility to powdery mildew, fusarium, and Mycosphaerella leaf spot. Key immunity parameters include:

• High winter hardiness (scored 7–9 on the institute's scale), making it a reliable choice for regions with harsh winters.
• Genetic resistance to brown rust and septoria.
• Minimal lodging risk with a plant height of 90-100 cm.

These characteristics allow farmers to optimize fungicide costs, effectively lowering the cost per ton of grain produced.

Grain quality indicators

With an optimal stem density of 4.5–5.0 million units/ha, "Lymarivna" produces plump grain with a 1,000-kernel weight of 40–45 g. A gluten content ranging from 20-25% makes the harvest suitable for the milling industry. Given its yield potential, the variety performs best when nitrogen fertilizers are applied in two phases (stem elongation and heading).
