Wheat KWS Imperium

KWS Imperium is a medium-maturing winter wheat variety of second quality class, characterized by high yield and stable grain quality. This variety features rapid autumn development and is suitable for late and very late sowing, making it a versatile solution for various agrotechnical conditions. It is especially effective when sown after late predecessors such as corn and responds well to intensive technologies with high fertilizer rates.

One of the key features of KWS Imperium is its high resistance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including Fusarium head blight, powdery mildew, yellow and brown rust, leaf septoria, and pyrenophora. Thanks to this, the variety demonstrates excellent winter hardiness and resistance to lodging, ensuring stable yields even under adverse weather conditions. High and stable falling number, average thousand-grain weight, and average grain number per ear contribute to obtaining high-quality, competitive grain.

KWS Imperium combines important characteristics for farmers: high productivity, reliable disease resistance, and adaptability to various sowing dates and agrotechnical practices. This variety is an optimal choice for those aiming to achieve high and stable wheat yields with excellent grain quality under modern agricultural conditions.
