Wheat KWS Globe

Stress Adaptation and Field Performance

The «KWS Glob» wheat variety is a breeding product of KWS MOMONT RECHERCHE S.A.R.L., officially registered in Ukraine in 2026. In the context of modern climate volatility, this hybrid demonstrates high plasticity. The breeding focus was placed on maintaining productivity during periods of moisture deficit.

Field Behavior and Resistance

• Heat and Drought Tolerance: The variety efficiently utilizes early spring moisture and has the ability to "escape" peak summer temperatures due to its optimal maturation period. The root system ensures stable nutrient uptake even when soil water availability is limited.
• Lodging Resistance: The stem possesses high structural strength, minimizing yield loss risks during heavy rainfall and strong winds during the grain-filling stage.
• Phytosanitary Profile: The variety's genetic base includes modern resistance markers against major leaf and spike diseases, allowing for a reduction in fungicide applications without compromising yield potential.

«KWS Glob» delivers consistent results across various soil and climatic zones in Ukraine. Due to its resilience, it is suitable for both intensive farming technologies and operations with moderate input levels. The variety is geared toward producing high-quality grain that meets the stringent requirements of the processing industry.
