Maize DKC4712

Sweet corn DKC4712 is a versatile, high-yielding mid-to-late maturing hybrid with a dent-type yellow kernel. This hybrid features a strong stalk and robust root system, ensuring resistance to lodging and successful cultivation across various soil types. Recommended planting density varies depending on moisture conditions: 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under adequate moisture, 60-65 thousand/ha under unstable conditions, and 50-55 thousand/ha under insufficient moisture. The package contains 80 thousand seeds, convenient for large-scale agricultural production. DKC4712 demonstrates high adaptability and plasticity, allowing it to maintain stability and high yield even under adverse weather conditions. The hybrid exhibits good drought tolerance, cold resistance, and rapid water release, which is especially important for regions with sharp temperature fluctuations and dry climates. It is resistant to common diseases, including fusarium, and tolerant to most pesticides, simplifying crop care and protection. This sweet corn hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage use, yielding up to 100 centners per hectare with grain moisture around 15%. Its average ear attachment height and reliable ear retention even with delayed harvest make DKC4712 an optimal choice for farmers seeking a stable and high-quality yield regardless of external stress factors.
