Winter wheat variety Gaudio is a high-yielding, early-maturing, and excellent winter-hardy variety. The vegetation period ranges from 259 to 274 days, and plant height reaches 80-85 cm. The Gaudio variety features high protein content exceeding 12.5% and raw gluten content over 27%, ensuring high flour quality and making the wheat ideal for baking.
