Soft winter wheat DONNA® is a medium-early grain wheat variety intended for producing high-quality grain used in the food industry, including for flour and bread production. This variety is characterized by stable and high yields, making it in demand in agronomy. The plant is medium-height, ranging from 63 to 92 cm, forms well, and forms over 800 productive stems per square meter, contributing to high yield.

DONNA® has high adaptability to various climatic conditions and is distinguished by good winter hardiness, frost hardiness, and resistance to heat and drought, making it suitable for cultivation in various regions. The variety is resistant to lodging, waterlogging, and root rot, and shows moderate resistance to diseases such as brown rust and powdery mildew. The vegetative period ranges from 233 to 286 days, allowing for effective use of the variety in agriculture with a high level of agronomy.

The grain quality of the DONNA® variety is characterized by high natural weight (790-820 g/l), protein content of 13.4-14.1%, and gluten content of 24.6-27.8%, which ensures good baking properties and bread volume from 770 to 1000 cm³. The weight of 1000 grains varies from 34 to 45 grams. Due to these characteristics, the variety is widely used for bread, cereals, and other food products production, and can also be used for feed and industrial purposes.
