The winter soft wheat variety 'Bilozerskaya Yubileynaya' belongs to the erythrospermum (hairy) group and is characterized by a medium-late maturity period. Plants of medium height, reaching about 87 cm, exhibit medium-high winter hardiness, rated at 8.5 points under field conditions. The vegetation period ranges from 276 to 290 days, ensuring stable growth and high productivity in recommended cultivation zones — the Forest Steppe and Polissya. The variety was officially adopted for cultivation in 2021 and demonstrates good adaptation to local climatic conditions. 'Bilozerskaya Yubileynaya' exhibits high resistance to leaf diseases, as well as good resistance to lodging, shattering, and drought, with ratings of 8.2, 8.4–9, and 8.4 points, respectively. The variety effectively utilizes spring moisture and quickly recovers after the resumption of spring vegetation. It responds well to high levels of mineral nutrition, contributing to stable yields. Average yields are 67.3 c/ha in the Forest Steppe and 58.1 c/ha in Polissya, confirming its high productivity and adaptability. The grain of this variety possesses valuable baking qualities: the thousand-grain weight is 40.1 g, protein content — 13.6–13.8%, gluten — 27.9–28.7%, and flour strength reaches 260 arbitrary units. The bread volume from 100 g of flour is 980 ml, indicating good milling and baking performance. Due to these characteristics, 'Bilozerskaya Yubileynaya' is a valuable variety for producing high-quality wheat products.
