Wheat variety Aurata is a winter crop with early maturity, exhibiting high adaptability to various climatic conditions in Europe, including forest-steppe, meadow-steppe, and northern steppe. This variety features medium-height plants (about 80 cm) and medium thousand-grain weight, ensuring good germination and high grain yield. Aurata is recommended for late sowing, allowing effective use of the region's agronomic potential.

Aurata is characterized by resistance to major wheat diseases such as powdery mildew, brown rust, and fusarium, significantly reducing the risk of yield losses. The variety’s winter hardiness is rated at level 7, and its resistance to lodging is above average, contributing to maintaining grain quality and facilitating harvest. High spike density and moderate tillering ensure stable yields even under adverse conditions.

The grain quality of Aurata includes medium protein content (around 13-14%) and gluten (27-29%), as well as flour strength in the range of 260-295, making it attractive for bread-making. Recommended storage conditions involve temperatures from +7 to +10°C and humidity not exceeding 10%, ensuring optimal preservation of the seed material.
