Description BERING
Hard spring wheat variety BERING is an intensive and highly adaptable variety, ideal for sowing and restoring sparse sowing of winter wheat. This variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 6.5-7 tons per hectare, as well as high protein content in grain — from 13.3 to 14.2%. The average plant height is 70-90 cm, and the ripening period is 87-95 days, making it medium-early maturing.

BERING exhibits high tolerance to major diseases, resistance to lodging and seed germination in ears, significantly improving the quality and stability of the harvest. The variety is also drought-tolerant, enabling successful cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Polissia and Steppe zones of Ukraine. High levels of crude gluten (27-30%) and flour strength (282 standard units) provide an excellent baking score of 8 points, indicating superior grain quality for the bakery industry.

This wheat variety is an innovative European product developed by companies UNIGENETIC and BIOGRANUM. It combines the best agronomic traits, high adaptability, and resistance to adverse factors, making BERING the optimal choice for farmers aiming to achieve high-quality wheat yields.
