The 'Beauty' hazelnut variety is a high-yielding and frost-resistant cultivar developed in Ukraine at the Transnistrian Experimental Station for Horticulture by breeder Fedor Tikhonovich Zatokov in 1995. The tree of this variety is vigorous and forms a large, rounded crown. The nuts have an average size of 10.6–12.0 grams, an elongated-oval shape, and a light kernel that easily separates from the shell. Yield reaches 9.0–10.5 kg per tree by the 7th–8th year after planting, with fruit ripening at the end of September. Due to its high frost and disease resistance, including resistance to marsonia, the 'Beauty' variety is suitable for cultivation throughout Ukraine and is an excellent choice for both personal use and industrial production.

Successful cultivation of the 'Beauty' hazelnut requires specific soil conditions. It does not thrive on sandy soils, especially in low-lying areas where soil compaction leads to water stagnation and insufficient oxygen for roots. The optimal option is fertile chernozems, which ensure good growth and development of the tree. Soil testing is recommended before planting to determine suitability of the site for this variety.

Hazelnuts are a valuable source of beneficial substances. They are rich in alpha-linolenic acid, which helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and strengthens bone tissue. Additionally, hazelnuts contain the amino acid arginine, which improves circulation, and vitamin E, which helps maintain skin, hair, and nail beauty in women and protects men against prostate cancer. Thus, the 'Beauty' hazelnut not only provides a good yield but is also a health-promoting product.
