Vesnyanka

Vesnianka is a type of field pea (winter pea), distinguished by its high protein content and medium maturity stage. It is noted for its resistance to diseases and unfavorable abiotic factors, making it a reliable choice for agricultural enterprises.

The seeds of this variety have a light-brown color without a pattern, while the cotyledon is orange. The high-protein nature of the variety ensures a good level of nutritional value of the product. The seed size is 50–60 g per thousand grains.

Vesnianka plants grow to a stem length of 100–150 cm, have high leafiness and medium branching. The vegetative period is from 45 to 55 days for germination and flowering, and the total cycle is from 82 to 90 days to maturity. This variety is suitable for growing for grain as well as in pea-mustard mixed crops, thereby providing good green fodder and hay that are easily consumed by animals.
