Nitro enamel is intended for tinting pre-primed small areas of car bodies, motorcycles, and other products. To achieve the desired shade, thoroughly mix the enamel with solvent 646 or 647 in a ratio of 20‑35% of the enamel mass for black color and 90‑120% for white color. After filtration, the material is applied by pneumatic spraying, but brush application is also allowed.
After application, each layer is dried at a temperature of 18‑22 °C for 10 minutes; the final layer requires longer drying – about an hour. In this case, the consumption of one layer is approximately 1 kg per 5‑8 m² of surface, which allows planning the amount of material in advance.
After complete drying, the coating can be polished with paste to obtain a smooth and glossy finish surface. Such an approach ensures even application, good adhesion to the prepared substrate, and durability of the result.
