Vetch Bilotserskivska 10

Stable Yield of Fodder Protein

The spring vetch variety "Bilotserkivska 10" from the breeders at the Bila Tserkva Research Station named after O.K. Kolomiyets is a choice for farmers focused on obtaining high-quality grain with predictable characteristics. The variety is oriented toward intensive farming and is well-adapted to the climatic conditions of Ukraine, demonstrating high plasticity.

Practical Cultivation Aspects

The main task of this variety on the farm is the production of high-protein fodder raw materials. With a vegetation period of 180–190 days, the crop effectively utilizes accumulated moisture, which is critical for legumes in conditions of unstable rainfall. Farmers choose "Bilotserkivska 10" for its genetic resistance to Fusarium, which reduces the fungicide load on crops and minimizes yield losses from root rot.

• Fodder base: usage as a key component of high-protein feed mixtures.
• Field health: pronounced resistance to a complex of diseases, particularly Fusarium.
• Efficiency: the predictable maturation period allows for precise planning of harvesting operations and logistics within the farm.

This variety has proven itself as a reliable tool for strengthening the fodder independence of livestock complexes. The high protein content in the grain makes it indispensable in diets for cattle and poultry, ensuring stable weight gain and productivity.
