Vegetable Pea ZAZNAIKA

ZAZNAIKA — an early-maturing shelling variety of vegetable peas, which matures in an average of 62-66 days from germination to harvest. The plants are short-stemmed, reaching a height of 35-40 cm, do not require support, and possess high resistance to lodging, which facilitates care and harvesting. Pods are straight, 6-7 cm long, and contain 7 to 9 peas of medium size.

The peas of the ZAZNAIKA variety are characterized by a dark green color, a delicate sweet taste, and high protein content, making them particularly valuable for nutrition. The fruits mature evenly, which allows for effective planning of the harvest and using the peas for various culinary purposes.

This variety is recommended for fresh consumption and is also excellent for canning, freezing, and drying. Due to its unpretentiousness and resistance to unfavorable conditions, ZAZNAIKA is a reliable choice for cultivation in both personal holdings and commercial production.
