Description
Vegetable pea variety 'Sugar Prince' is a high-yielding mid-season variety with technical maturity in 65-80 days after seedling emergence. Plants reach a height of 140-150 cm and require support for proper growth. Pods are green, slightly flattened, about 10-11 cm long, lack a parchment layer and fibers, making them particularly easy to consume.
Pea grains are round, green, have a pleasant and very sweet taste, making the variety popular for fresh consumption. Due to its resistance to pests and diseases, especially rot, 'Sugar Prince' easily withstands temperature fluctuations and does not require high soil fertility, making it easy to cultivate in various conditions.
This variety is widely used in cooking both fresh and for canning. Additionally, young plant leaves can be consumed at early development stages. Thanks to its taste qualities and versatility of use, 'Sugar Prince' is an excellent choice for gardeners and fresh vegetable lovers.
