GREEN FRIENDS

Green Friends is a mid-early variety of vegetable sugar snap peas that ripens 55-65 days after germination. Plants reach a height of up to 100 cm and require support for proper growth. The pods are light green, wide and fleshy, about 10 cm long, without a parchment layer, making them especially pleasant to eat. Each pod forms 5 to 8 uniform peas in size, ensuring high quality and an attractive appearance for the harvest.

The variety was developed for growing vegetable crops and is characterized by high yield, reaching 0.7-1.2 kg per square meter. It is recommended to plant peas in early spring on sunny areas, burying the seeds 4-6 cm deep. The optimal sowing scheme is 15x30 cm, which promotes good plant development and maximum fruiting.

Young pods with undeveloped seeds are consumed as food, possessing a tender taste and juicy texture. Due to the absence of a parchment layer, the pods are easy to cook and suitable for various culinary purposes.
