Tulip Professor Einstein

Commercial Forcing: The Professional Choice

The 'Professor Einstein' tulip belongs to the Triumph class, making it a strategic asset for commercial greenhouse operations. This variety is highly valued for its predictability during the forcing cycle, which is essential for growers targeting spring holiday demand. The robust, classic-shaped goblet maintains structural integrity during cold chain transportation, ensuring minimal post-harvest losses for wholesale distribution.

Agronomic Management

The success of this hybrid lies in its resilience and standardized growth patterns. The medium-season flowering cycle allows for precise crop scheduling, enabling growers to manage large-scale production cycles effectively. The cultivar exhibits strong resistance to common greenhouse pathogens, reducing the need for aggressive chemical intervention.

• Color Profile: Deep red hues complemented by a subtle lilac undertone along the petal edges.
• Physicality: A tall variety that provides excellent stem length, ideal for professional bouquet composition.
• Application: Best suited for high-yield industrial forcing and premium cut flower markets.

For optimal results, strict adherence to cooling protocols is required. The hybrid is highly responsive to tailored fertilization programs, allowing growers to achieve maximum flower size and vase life even in the limited light conditions of early spring.
