The sturdy flower stem reaches a height of about 40 cm, and the leaves are long, narrow, and deep green. Flowering begins in mid-May and lasts 2-3 weeks, accompanied by a light pleasant fragrance. Tulip Prominens is characterized by good resistance to frost and diseases, making it a reliable choice for spring gardens. These tulips are widely used for decorating flowerbeds, including in combination with irises, as well as for creating low living hedges. Due to their bright coloring and full blooms, they are popular among florists and look great in bouquets, maintaining freshness and beauty for a long time. Tulips Prominens are suitable for any occasion and can be arranged in bouquets of various sizes, complemented by mini greeting cards and flower preservation products with care instructions. For planting, choose sunny or slightly shaded areas with moderately moist, well-drained soil of neutral or slightly alkaline reaction. Bulbs are planted in September-October at a depth of 10-12 cm with spacing of 10-15 cm between plants. It is important to avoid water stagnation to prevent root rot, and water as needed when the soil dries out. During the growing season, tulips are fertilized with mineral fertilizers three times. After flowering, bulbs are dug up and stored in a cool place until the next planting, and the planting site should be changed every 4-5 years to maintain plant health.
