Tomato Kazanova

The tomato variety Kazanova is a medium-early, multi-fruit variety intended for cultivation in protected ground, including greenhouses and plastic covers. Plants reach a height of up to 2 meters and have moderate leafiness. The distinctive feature of this variety is the exotic, original shape of the fruits — elongated tomatoes of intense red color with a funny bifurcated calyx. The average weight of the fruits ranges from 150 to 200 grams, and up to five tomatoes form on one cluster.

The fruits of the Kazanova variety have smooth, dense skin and dense, seedless flesh, making them ideal for canning. Tomatoes store well, do not crack during processing, and pack tightly into jars, which is especially valuable for preservation. The taste qualities are high, with a rich flavor that allows their use both fresh and for processing.

The yield of this variety is very high — up to 12 kilograms per square meter when planting 2-3 plants per square meter. In addition, the variety is resistant to cultivation at low temperatures, making it suitable for northern regions.
