ALTAY MED TOMATO

The 'Altay Med' tomato variety is medium-ripening and distinguished by high yield and resistance to diseases and intense sunlight. The plant is indeterminate, tall, reaching up to 1.5 meters in height, requiring staking and pinching for proper bush formation. Bunches form with 5-6 fruits, ensuring abundant harvest per plant, which can reach up to 5.5 kg.

Tomato fruits have a flat-round or slightly heart-shaped form, are large, and have a smooth skin. The weight of a single tomato ranges from 400 g to 800 g, sometimes reaching 1.5 kg, making them especially attractive for preparing large portions of dishes. The flesh is meaty, with a unique honey-like flavor that gives the product its distinctiveness and high gastronomic value.
