SIBERIAN SHANGLIS

Tomato Siberian Shanglis — this is a mid-early Siberian selection variety, intended for cultivation in cold climates such as Siberia and the Urals. The plant is vigorous, over 1.5 meters tall, forming 4–6 fruiting clusters with large, flat-round fruits weighing 300 to 800 grams. Fruit color ranges from pale pink to deep raspberry, and their shape resembles traditional Siberian shanglis. The fruit skin is dense and glossy, yet not rigid, ensuring good storage and ripening without cracking.

The fruits have high flavor qualities: juicy, succulent, and sugary flesh with minimal seeds, making them especially pleasant to eat. The flavor is predominantly sweet with a distinct aroma, suitable for both fresh salads and other culinary uses. Yield reaches up to 10 kg per square meter at a planting density of 3 plants per m², making it a profitable choice for gardeners.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in glass and plastic greenhouses, as well as in open ground in cool-climate regions. For optimal growth and fruiting, the plant requires training to a single stem. Due to its cold resistance and ease of care, Tomato Siberian Shanglis is suitable for both experienced and novice gardeners, ensuring a stable and abundant harvest even under adverse weather conditions.
