Description KENIGSBURG
Tomato Kenigsberg is a mid-season variety with uniquely elongated fruit shape resembling eggplants. Large, bright red tomatoes have smooth, shiny skin and dense, juicy flesh with few seeds. Average fruit weight ranges from 200 to 300 grams, making them convenient for fresh consumption as well as canning and pickling. Ripe fruits store well, and green ones can ripen after harvest.

The plant is indeterminate, tall, reaching 2 to 3 meters in height, requiring staking and pruning for maximum yield. Inflorescences are branched, each bearing 5-6 large fruits, allowing up to 20-25 kg of tomatoes per plant. The variety is known for its high yield and can continue fruiting until frost.

Kenigsberg is resistant to many tomato diseases and also tolerant to low temperatures and insufficient light, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. Due to its flavor and dense fruit structure, this variety is popular among gardeners and suitable for various uses.
