Early, large-fruited tomato hybrid, with high fruit yield and transportability
ARFA F1 — Early hybrid, from full emergence to ripening takes 85 days. The plant of the early hybrid ARFA F1 is semi-determinate and medium-height. Fruits are round, bright red, dense, highly transportable, with an average weight of 150-170 g. The yield of the early hybrid ARFA F1 in open ground is 120-150 t/ha. This hybrid is distinguished by resistance to macrosporiosis and bacterial disease. We recommend growing the early tomato hybrid ARFA F1 through seedlings. The most common method of seedling cultivation is the cassette method (sowing seeds in cassettes of a certain size). To prevent diseases, seedlings should be treated with fungicides. Seedlings of the early hybrid ARFA F1 should be transplanted into open ground after the threat of frost has passed. The planting scheme depends on the irrigation method and soil type. On drip irrigation, the scheme is 120 + 60 X 30 cm. The number of plants of the early tomato hybrid ARFA F1 at this planting scheme is 33,500 per hectare. For other irrigation methods, the scheme with row spacing of 70 cm, or 90+50 cm, is recommended. We recommend the early tomato hybrid ARFA F1 for open ground and plastic greenhouses.
