Table Beet URAL BORSHCH

URAL BORSHCH is a mid-season, high-yield variety of table beet distinguished by the dark red color of its root crops, their round shape, and smooth surface. The weight of one root crop ranges from 200 to 250 grams. The beet possesses very high taste qualities and excellent structure without ringiness, making it ideal for preparing first dishes such as borscht, as well as salads.

This variety is valued for its drought resistance and excellent storability during winter storage, which allows maintaining the quality and freshness of root crops for a long time. The plant forms a small leaf rosette with a small growth point, which eases care and harvest collection. URAL BORSHCH adapts well to various climatic conditions, including the middle belt, and requires moderate watering and attentive care.

Beets of this variety are suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. Due to the intense dark color and the absence of light radial rings, the root crops have an attractive appearance. Resistance to diseases such as Cercosporosis further increases cultivation reliability and crop quality.
