Their dark burgundy color contrasts with the very tender flesh, which has excellent taste qualities, making this variety particularly valuable for home cooking, canning, and processing.

One of the key features of the variety is its versatility regarding soil conditions: «Sankina Love» grows successfully on any soil types, including clay-heavy soils, while maintaining stable yield levels.
