KUMUSHKA

Kumushka is a quick-maturing variety of table beet, ripening on the 95th day from full emergence. Plants of this variety are distinguished by their resistance to bolting, ensuring a stable and high-quality yield. The root crops have an oval-flat shape, a diameter of about 10 cm, and a mass ranging from 200 to 400 grams. The beet flesh is dark red in color without pronounced ringiness, which gives it an attractive appearance and high taste qualities.

The root crops of the Kumushka variety are characterized by high marketability—up to 97% of the product is uniform and has a thin skin. Due to this, the beet stores well for 4-5 months after harvest without loss of taste and market qualities. The yield of the variety exceeds 10 kg per square meter, making it profitable for cultivation both on an industrial scale and at home.

This variety is ideal for obtaining early produce, use in home cooking and processing, including freezing and canning. Due to its excellent taste and good preservation, Kumushka beet is a versatile product for winter storage and various culinary purposes.
