The "Barysnya" table beet variety belongs to early-maturing types and reaches market readiness 95-100 days after the emergence of full seedlings. The root crops of this variety are round, uniform, and visually attractive, weighing from 150 to 350 grams. The flesh has a dark red color without pronounced ring patterns, giving the beet an aesthetic appearance and high taste qualities. Fibrosis of the heads on root crops is weak, which contributes to their good marketability and ease of use.

Beet "Barysnya" is characterized by high yield — up to 10 kg per square meter, while the output of marketable product reaches 97%. The flesh is sweet, juicy, and tender, with excellent texture, making this variety universal for various methods of culinary processing. Due to good storage ability and preservation of taste qualities, the beet is suitable for winter storage and is recommended for cultivation as early bunch produce and for home use.

For successful cultivation of the "Barysnya" variety, it is recommended to sow seeds at the end of April — beginning of May in soil warmed to 8-10 degrees Celsius to a depth of 2-4 cm. Inter-row spacing should be 25-30 cm, and the distance between seeds — 8-10 cm. After seedling emergence, thinning is carried out, leaving one plant per clump. Beetroot adapts well to transplanting, which allows for optimizing the planting. For better growth, fertile rich soils are preferred, while on heavy soils, cultivation on ridges is recommended. Care for plants includes regular loosening, fertilization, and watering.
