Vegetable Pea SWEET FRIEND

Field Experience and Performance

When you start growing "Sladkiy Druzhok" (Sweet Friend) from Sedek, you quickly realize why this pea variety is a staple for home gardeners who value consistency. It is a classic vegetable pea that behaves predictably in the garden, making it a great tool for those who want a trouble-free harvest.

Key Observations

The large-seeded trait is the highlight here. When harvesting, you can physically feel the difference: the pods are full, the peas are uniform, and shelling is quick—a major plus if you are processing large quantities for freezing or canning. From an agrotechnical standpoint, "Sladkiy Druzhok" is responsive to proper irrigation. The more moisture it gets during the bean-filling stage, the tenderer the peas become. The plants are sturdy and resistant to lodging, which keeps the rows clean and makes maintenance much easier.

Why Choose "Sladkiy Druzhok"?

• High germination rates from Sedek seeds lead to uniform, gap-free rows.
• Large, high-quality seeds look excellent in any culinary application.
• Stable flavor profile: it retains its signature sweetness when harvested at the right time.

This is a reliable "workhorse" for anyone looking to secure a guaranteed harvest without unnecessary fuss. It combines the technical benefits of large-seeded genetics with the ease of care that every gardener appreciates.
